By far the most reliable AC company in Miami. My second issue in the past 2-years related to air conditioning. First, an old 4-ton air conditioning unit died and needed to be replaced. I requested estimates from different companies and Aviv Air was one of the HVAC companies which provided a quote. From the moment I met and spoke to Robert, I new he was the one; and my gut was correct. He replaced my old unit with a new, large AC unit, within budget. By the end of the installation, which was a big undertaking, it looked like nothing had occurred. They not only do the job, but they actually cleanup after themselves. My second issue was for a rental which I needed fixed ASAP. I sent Robert a text on Mother's Day about the issue and he responded! He came out immediately the following day and fixed my problem by installing a beautiful new split AC unit! My tenant is in heaven again! Robert is the only AC technician I trust and would ever call.
